Friday I received in the mail a very nice gesture from Hackman funeral homes of Sturgis, mi. Recently my local paper did a story on my rescue and Steve from Hackman funeral homes took the article and placed it in hard plastic casing and sent it to me. I’ve never met Steve, but this was a wonderful surprise…so Thank you Steve I really appreciate it. I have receive a lot of support from my community…so thank you to every one for the encouraging words and gestures!

Recently our rescue was “adopted” by the Sauwauseebee 4-H Horse club for christmas. They stopped out and dropped of some items they have donated.
